There are so many eye-catching aspects in this modern conservatory, including the wonderfully elegant Georgian bars and the equally charming guttering that protects it from water damage. However, we would have to argue that the UltraRoof is its most impressive feature. Used on new-builds and as a replacement roof, the UltraRoof possesses a series of glazed areas into which you can add energy efficient glass. Seemingly made from traditional tiles / slates, they’re actually an imitation of them. The presence of the glass helps to keep the structure well-illuminated through the day, and there was capacity to add downlighters for night-times.
It’s so roomy inside and you can tell that just from the pictures as there has been more than enough space to get in a generously-sized dinner table. Mealtimes are regularly enjoyed in the conservatory, but in summer, the French doors get opened and mealtimes are often moved outside. Alternatively, they just leave the French doors and top opening windows open so that they feel a cool breeze while they tuck into their food. Again though, you would have to say that it’s the UltraRoof that deserves the majority of the plaudits. It certainly does in the eyes of the people who live there and get to sample the benefits of it daily.
